My prediction for today was correct, low laying fog and mist began to freeze this morning causing a thin layer of black ice on roads and sidewalks. Current conditions in Miami include temperatures reaching the mid 80's and moderate winds from the east due to a swirling high pressure dome. No precipitation in sight and a slow moving cold front from the Northwest should yield similar temperatures tomorrow after a clear night. Severe weather is likely in tornado valley but should prove no problem to Florida.
